Commercial operator, applied AI practitioner, investor.

I build markets, products and the systems around them.

I started my career learning how to make sense of messy business problems.

Then I learned how to sell. Then how to build markets. Then teams. Then systems.

Eventually, I started turning the problems I kept seeing into products.

WHAT I KEEP COMING BACK TO

Problems that sit between what a customer needs and what a company can build.

THE ROUTE SO FAR

Learning how businesses actually grow.

I started by learning how to make sense of a problem. Then I got the chance to build a business around one.

01
FROST & SULLIVAN

Consulting Analyst

2017 — 2019

Make the problem clear.

Consulting taught me how to walk into an ambiguous business problem, find the structure inside it and turn research into decisions senior leaders could use.

A clear problem is much easier to solve.
02
TWIMBIT

Growth Strategist · Co-founder

2019 — 2025

Build from zero. Then make it repeatable.

I opened Malaysia and Indonesia, won our first anchor customers, hired local teams and built the commercial systems around them. Then the problem changed: from how to grow, to how to make growth repeatable.

Growth becomes durable when judgement becomes a system.

TWIMBIT

The GTM System

SEGMENTATION · FORECASTING · QBRS

Know what not to do.

We got clearer about who we served, which opportunities deserved attention and where our people should spend their time. Forecasting, segmentation and operating rhythms turned individual judgement into shared commercial focus.

A good commercial system protects focus.

TWIMBIT

Black Belt Team

COMMERCIAL · TECHNOLOGY · RESEARCH · DELIVERY

Put your best people on the hardest problems.

Important opportunities rarely belonged to one department. I brought strong people from across the company into one room, gave them the problem and made the work move together.

Important problems deserve more than an org chart.

CURIOUS EAST

AI Native Service

APAC

Start again.

After seven years at Twimbit, I am applying the same lessons to AI native services. Find the problem, understand the customer and build the system.

Building is a much better teacher than predicting.

THE WORK IS MOVING CLOSER TO THE OUTCOME

The distance between understanding a problem and building the solution is getting shorter.

01PAST

Twimbit X

Our customers did not need more information.

They needed intelligence shaped around the account sitting in front of them. Twimbit X used AI to turn proprietary market data into account-relevant insight for customer-facing teams.

Start with the work the customer is trying to do. Not with AI.

Curious East

What does an AI-native service actually look like?

Curious East helps people navigate the complexity of travel in China through an AI service built with a human in the loop approach. Agents support itinerary building and execution. People review the work, handle exceptions and stay accountable for the final experience.

AGENT ROLE
Itinerary + execution
HUMAN ROLE
Judgement + exceptions

IDEAS I AM STILL WORKING THROUGH

Notes from the edge of building.

THE TOOLS HAVE CHANGED.

The part I enjoy has not.
